Task never starts

Using Bestsync 2014 9.0.3.3. Task is to copy data from network drive to a local drive, renaming it. Job is scheduled to run as a service and run every 5 minutes. Once created can not get job to start with Start Button, Can use preview task to get it to run, (manually?). Is I use the START ALL checked tasks, the tasks synchronizes and transfer the files, but if I wait 5 minutes, when it should run again, the task does not run....
