				BestSync don't syncronyze

				Hi,
I have around 20 tasks defined, some of them have schedule time set and some of them have Real-Time Sync.
They are working just fine but some days, randomly, they stop working and on their status appear "synchronizing" but nothing happens.
Unless I don't manually start tasks, they do not work anymore.
Tasks synchronize data between windows shares and permissions are correctly settled.

				Hi,
BestSync run as a service using an AD user. This user have Run As Service rights and also have write access to synchronized folders.

				Please try to remove the impersonate account in the task setting, then add a logon setting of the Service just as the following page describes:

The cause of this problem:
Windows XP/7 only allow maximum 10 sessions for sharing folders over network at the same time. And when tasks are running as Windows Service with impersonate account, each task ans each thread uses one session, this cause BestSync use up the sessions.

				Hi,
i am using Windows 2003 Server, so I don't think maximum cumber of concurrent connections is the problem.
i will try to remove the impersonate account in the task setting and see what happens.

				Please setup a login account in the "BestSync Service" by the Service Manager of the control Panel after remove the impersonate account", and restart the service.

Still no luck figuring why all the task freezes with Synchronizing status...

				Hi,
We've installed Version 7.2.24 and it worked for a while, but today business complained that files are not sync since 2 days ago.
I've checked BestSync tasks and again all of them have Synchronizing status.

				Have tried the following setting to restart the service when error happens:
[attachment=0]RestartService.png[/attachment]
