Yes, if you want to move files from Folder1 to Folder2, you can set the folders like the following:
Folder1: C:\Folder1\
Folder2: C:\Folder2\<Date:yyyy-MMMM>\

We have confirmed that this is a bug, TB is displayed as GB by mistake.
Please download the new installer to fix this problem.

Could you please tell me what version are you using now?
If the task is set to run in real-time mode, this status is possible because task never end and same file may be synchronized multiple times in the running period.

Because the task is synchronizing with FTP server, and FTP protocol uses multiple data ports, some of the ports may be blocked by firewall or anti-virus software.

If you start the sync by preview, then you can start and stop (pause) the synchronization.
Otherwise, you can not pause the synchronization.

If jobs are not in service.xfsf, it means that the jobs might be deleted by mistake or someone.

Stop BestSync Service in the service manager, then rename service.xfsb1 to service.xfsf.
Start BestSync Service can restore the missing jobs.
Restart BestSync application, you can see the jobs.

I noticed that you are using the very old version. BestSync has been improved very much from your old version. I recommend you to upgrade to the newest version as soon as possible for protecting you data and having a better experience.
Please confirm it the problem exist on the newest version.

If the jobs are deleted by mistake, you can find in the backup settings. Just rename the setting files backup then restart BestSync Service in the service manager. No one reported this kind of problem in the past years.
Please confirm it is "Run as Service" tab, not the "Running" tab.
May be the tasks were deleted by other program/or by mistake.
