Disabled Symantec endpoint protection and was able to activate license. Thanks for the suggestion.

This only started to happen when we upgraded to version 2018. This is an SFTP process that transfers the files. When we turn off the intermediate file option the file transfers ok. With this option selected the file comes over corrupted. This has now happened on TWO SFTP processes.

REALLY NEED an Answer to this issue. The license says it is only good for 7 days with out activation. Don't need bestsync to stop working have production files being utilized for it. PLEASE RESPOND.

The source is a unix server, and the destination is a windows 2008 server.

Using the latest version of Bestsync. We have a task that when the intermediate file copy option is selected the output file is corrupted. This is a large file that takes a couple of minutes to transfer. What do you need to further investigate this issue.

Running as administrator, When I click activate by web I get a popup window that displays looks like html code. Close window by clicking on X and it still does not activate the license. Installed new license key and when viewing license it says not Activated. Went through the process to activate via web. How do I activate my license?

I added the local user and it still has a status of has not synchronized yet? Sent a new email with the exported task file attached.
