Fixed a bug that the sync-task end with no hit files if the target folder does not exist in the FTP/FTPS/SFTP server.

Improvement: Allow multiple-thread FTP task to backup changed files to ONE zip file.

Bug Fix: When synchronizing with the FTP server of the IIS server in the real-time mode, files may be uploaded/downloaded at every time the synchronization is started.
