Registries and setting Files

1. Global option in registry:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\RiseFly\BestSync

2. User option in registry:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\RiseFly\BestSync

3. Task profiles for normal tasks (The folder can be changed by user):

User profile folder:

Windows VISTA/Windows7/8/10:

Setting folder== <SystemDrive[C:]>\Users\<User>\AppData\Roaming\RiseFly\BestSync\

Windows XP:

%UserProfile%== <SystemDrive[C:]>\Documents and Settings\<User> \Application Data\RiseFly\BestSync\

BestSync Profile Files:

Task Profile File:

XXXXXX.xfsf

The first time backup file of Task Profile File(.xfsf):

XXXXXX.xfsb1

The second time backup file of Task Profile File(.xfsf):

XXXXXX.xfsb2

Task database for resolving conflict at next synchronization.(Detect deleting and moving of files):

XXXXXX.fsn

The result log of synchronized tasks:

XXXXXX.fsl

The synchronization result of the tasks in binary data format:

XXXXXX.fss

The synchronization result of the tasks in xml text:

XXXXXX.xresult

The record of incompleted or failed files during synchronization, BestSync will try to resume from the failed files at next synchronization:

XXXXXX.rsm

NOTE:XXXXXX is the task project name.

4. Task profiles for tasks running as Windows service (The folder is fixed):

Profile folder:

Windows XP:
