If the service is running, I think the tasks will be started by the service.
You can click "Option/View Log File" menu to see if there is any error happened after the tasks were started.
I noticed that the tasks are synchronized with WEBDAV collections with a real-time option on. Because WEBDAV have not real-time sync function, the changes from WEBDAV will not be reflected in real-time, but you can adjust the sync-period in the "miscellaneous" setting.

Yes I am using WebDav
I remember going through the settings after the recent upgrade, the real time sync functioned after the relevant jobs were re-saved, but the Realtime sync did not function automatically after a re-boot.
Something is stopping the Realtime sync from being automatically activated from boot. It used to work in the past, many moons ago.
Here is the LOG, nothing jumps out at me.

Could you please export the task setting to a file, then send it to
risefly@risefly.com, so that we can investigate this issue?

Thank you for the task settings, we have found the bug. The bug is related to the delay-time setting for a task being run at the start.
The bug has been fixed, please download and try Bestsync 2015 version 10.0.1.5.

I will try this new version to see if it fixes the problem.
I tried the version on my home PC, the tasks started and synced.
Later today I will try the new version on the PC where I exported task list.

Edit:
The second PC with the real time sync has been fixed too.
It has been so long broken, I did not realise the non-run-as-service task list was supposed to sync on boot too.
Now both are syncing on boot, and the service is monitoring changes too.
To the OP, has this problem now been fixed on your installation?
