After installing BestSync 2014, not all realtime sync tasks are synchronising new files immediately anymore.
After adding a file to a monitored folder, I see that BestSync detects it, but only the task status changes, the files are not copied.
The status of those tasks is not "Monitoring File Change" but "Monitoring...(Notified: xx, Queued: xx).
Those tasks were running correctly before installing the update.

Please try BestSync 2015 (beta) to see if the problem is resolved.

I installed BestSync 2015 but get the same result.
A file change is notified; the number after "Monitoring... (Notified..." increases.
But the file itself is not copied to the other location.
The task setup should be ok, because if I stop and restart the task all files are copied over without any problems.

I have had this problem for a long long time, even with the new version 2015 (new licence just purchased), unfortunately I have had no time to investigate the cause.
I have jobs entered into the 'Run as service' tab which weren't Monitoring file change.
I would have to manually run the task to Sync files which was far from ideal. I have not been able to leave the machine and software to do what it's supposed to do, instead I have been using Teamviewer on the remote machine to manually initiate syncing.

I discovered after
unchecking->Real time Sync->save,
Check->Real time Sync->save,
the job would monitor changes and sync files, but after a restart of the machine, the service failed to monitor changes.

What can be causing this, it used to work?

I just looked into this a bit further
After startup the jobs in the tab - Run as Service have he status #not syncronized yet.
I have to start every job in this tab manually to allow syncing, pressing the start error does not run all the jobs in this tab sequentially.
Once a job has been started and then synced, it will display the status Monitoring file change.

The old installer has a problem that will not register and start "BestSync Service", please download the new installer that fixed the problem.

is the new installer newer than this?

I remember the Service was running when I updated to 2015.

I Installed the latest available download today, still experiencing the same problems.
I will attach a screen-shot later this evening.
The new version displays as: 10.0.1.1 64bit
Licence: Business

Please confirm if "BestSync Service" is started in the service manager of the administrator tools of Control Panel.
If the service is not started, please start the serivce. If you can not find the service, please download the newest installer, then install Bestsync again.

I believe the service has started with windows.
