bestsync ESFTP upload speed limited at 80KB/s ?

Hello

We purchased Bestsync business edition primarily to sync between network folders and it works very very well. We are happy.

Now we have begun testing Bestsync FTP to sync some folders to an Explicit FTP server we have on another country and it also runs very well except for one thing: Bestsync FTP upload speed seems to be limited to 80KB/s. Using filezilla client, the upload speed hits the maximum speed the connection allows (200KB/s)

The server is running Filezilla server in Explicit mode.

Thanks in advance
Daniel Costa

BestSync measures the transferring speed of file contents, it does not include the transferring speed of commands.
So the displaying speed of BestSync may be lower than FileZilla.
But you can use the multiple threads option in the "Copy Options" setting, the speed will be boosted to multiple times of the current speed.

Thank you!

The business option does not allow for Parallel Synchronization. Is it possible for us to upgrade to ultimate?

Hello again

multiple threads option in the "Copy Options" does not work. Bestsync always sends one file at a time. I have confirmed the server allows for multiple connections using filezilla.

any ideas what the problem might be?

thanks

If the license is not Ultimate license, BestSync will ignore the "multiple threads" option.
You need the Ultimate License to test the feature.
