Sync with onedrive compress my photos

When I sync my photo folder with bestsync file get compressed in OneDrive , is this a bestsync problem or an OneDrive problem?

This is the action of OneDrive.
Sorry we have not found a solution to avoid this action of OneDrive yet.

I talk to Microsoft and they say that are not compressing noting, but they are..
Yesterday when a copy a file from one OneDrive folder to other OneDrive folder is was compressing it , today is not !!!
Cant you talk to Microsoft about this , because a love you product but is not usefull to me if OneDrive compress the photos that are uploaded becaus this invalidates sync function
