I have a one way sync that goes from a server to Box.com via FTP. When I watch the detail of the FTP messages, the deleted folders on the source are not deleted on the Box.com account with the message: Folder Not Empty.

We have got most everything else sorted out in this test, but this issue is leaving 100s of files on the Target(Box.com)

"Folder Not Empty" means that there are still files in the folder, so the folder can not be deleted.
Please check if you have set the file type filtering (other than *.*), if file type filtering is set, there are files no be synchronized, so the folder can not be deleted.
