I found that the best sync service stopped yesterday, after restart the service the application is working again.. Could you please find out why?

Thank you for reporting the problem.
But because the exception error happened in the system DLL (ntdll.dll), the error information can not give us any hint to solve the problem.
Could you please tell me, what kind of file systems are set to synchronize with as Windows Service?

We are sync between ftp server (EDI server) and local Windows folder where Best sync running; both ways sync every 15 minutes.

BestSync 2015 (beta) has fixed some memory leak bugs, could you please try BestSync 2015 (beta) from the download page?

From your website, 9.0.6.2 is the last stable version; do you want me to wait to see the next stable version out?

Could you please advise if we are eligible for the new license if we purchased the business license?

BestSync 2015 (beta) is more stable than the released version 9.0.6.2.
BestSync 2015 (beta) remained as beta version because our code signing certificate has been expired and we are applying a new one.
If you order the license of BestSync 2014, it will work on BestSync 2014 and 2015 (version 9.X, and 10.X).

If you have the license of BestSync 2013, it is the same license on BestSync 2014.
You can just install BestSync 2014.

BestSync 2015 (beta) added a new button to view the certificate of FTPES/FTPS(FTP over TLS/SSL) in the FTP browser.
If you need not this feature, you can not to install this update.
