About BestSync 2014 License and activating count.

I purchased 1 Ultimate license for 1 PC on April 4th, 2013 and have two years of unlimited updates for this license, regardless of major version release. Correct?

Your Ultimate License of BestSync 2013 works on BestSync 2013, and BestSync 2014, but it will be downgraded to Business License of BestSync 2015.

Starting from April 4th, 2015 my current license will be downgraded to Business License. Here I have the option to upgrade it from Business License to Ultimate License. Is this correct?

No, not start from April 4th, 2015, it is only when you upgrade to BestSync 2015. The license of 2 major versions ago will be downgraded one rank on the new version, and the license of 3 major versions ago will be downgraded two rank on the new version.

Every two major versions. If you do not upgrade to BestSync 2015, the license will not be downgraded.

When I purchase an upgrade is it valid for 1 year or for up to two major versions?

Is a major version the same as saying a year? Ex: 1° version is BestSync 2013 | 2° version is BestSync 2014 and so on?

Yes, We are planning to release one major version every year. But if there are no improvement, we may stop releasing new versions.
