Sync S3 Buckets

I'd like to synch two Amazon S3 buckets to create geographical redundancy with BestSync 2013.

Question:
Does BestSync download the data from bucket1 to my computer then upload to bucket2?

Yes, if you sync two S3 buckets, BestSync download the file first to the temporary folder, then upload it to another bucket, then delete the file from the temporary folder.
