535 Protection level negotiation failed.

I'm trying to connect to an FTPS site that uses port 21 for connection and then between 5000-6000 for data. I am able to connect to this site just fine with FileZilla and CoreFTP using the "Explicit TLS/SSL" option. However, BestSync just refuses to let me in. It goes through a few lines, then stops at the 535 Protection Level error code.
I do not have access to this FTP site, it's managed by another company and I'm trying to sync the data to my company's network on a nightly basis. Any help or tips would be greatly appreciated!
