New local file removed then added if Real-Time Sync

A new local file is removed after copy to remote, when Real-Time-Sync is activiated on Schedule. Later the file is copied back to local.
Is this a bug?
If a file is added at remote side, the file is not deleted.
If Real-Time-Sync is unchecked and shedule every 1 sec activated, a new local file is not deleted.
BestSync 2013 8.0.6.3 Ultimate
Local (Folder1): Windows 2008, NTFS
Remote (Folder2): ftp, CentOS 6.2
See attached Task file for Settings (some fields are anonymized)

This symptom is possible if the FTP server does not support MLSD command.
For this kind of FTP server, please do not use the real-time sync option.
