Best Sync 8.0.6.3 keeps crashing on startup

Post by itsbigfatned »

Hello,
registered a few months back and all has been fine BUT whilst BestSync was syncing FTP it crashed.
No big problem just restarted.
It then crashed on startup.

I then tried starting from the commandline with /nostartup but still crashed after apx 30 seconds.

Win7 reports the following but I have no idea about the information.
I then tried reinstalling to see if that solved it but alas no.

Any help please would be much appreciated.
Kind regards Simon

I think I have solved my problem.
Backed up the directory.

I then UNinstalled
Then reinstalled.
I have a feeling I might have had the 64bit version installed and I might have overwritten with the 32 version.

Whether that should make a difference or not I don't know but since uninstalling and reinstalling all seems good.
