Cannot switsch off autostart

We created two jobs to run as a service. Then we switched off the automatic start when windows is started, but Bestsync still starts with windows.
Are the service jobs not run independently from the software?
We can't I switch off the autostart? Is there a manual way to switch it off in the registry?

I have test the latest version, it do can switch-off the auto-run option.
Please update to the latest version to see if this problem has been fixed.
