Time Zone

Hello. I have a server I want to sync with that is 7 hours off from my workstation to sync to. Is there a way to tell bestsync to ignore a 7 hour difference?

BestSync detects the timezone, and adjust the time automatically.
So you need not to worry about this.

Why does it think it needs to download files then that are 7 hours off and still have the same size? See attached screenshot.

What kind of protocol are you using (FTP, WebDAV or others)?
May be the server is lack of the support of some command for sync the times-tamp of files.
If it is possible, please export the task setting and send it to risefly(a)risefly.com, so we can investigate this problem.
