Latest version will not install

I have the paid version, and had an update notice. I've always just downloaded the latest, and installed, but 7.3.28 tries, then says install was interrupted.

This is an XP system, and I just installed IPv6.

I have just downloaded and install the version 7.3.28 without problem.
Please uninstall the old version, download and install the new version again.

I just have updated my registered Bestsync portable . the install had no problem, but now if I launch it , i get a error message :
(translation from french) "entry point not found process GetTickCount64 was not found in ... kernell32.dll".

I have a look to kernell32.dll, it exists, date is 2008 (I run XP).

help !

No joy, still doing the same thing. I even disabled the anti-virus and removed IPv6, same thing.

Anything thing I can look at to see what's causing the issue?

Just looked at the event viewer, and there is a timeout on the BestSync service. I didn't think I had the version that used the service?

If the server can not be installed, please try the following installer:
32 Bit version:
http://www.risefly.com/BestSyncSetup_NSS.msi
64 Bit version:
http://www.risefly.com/BestSyncSetupX64_NSS.msi
The above installer will not install the BestSync Service.
If you need the service later, you can run the following command to install the service:
1. Run the command prompt as Administrator
2. Change folder to BestSync Install folder.
3. BestSyncSvc.exe /install

Well, that installed, but I get the following when trying to run:

BestSyncApp.exe - Entry Point Not Found
---------------------------
The procedure entry point GetTickCount64 could not be located in the dynamic link library KERNEL32.dll.
---------------------------
OK
---------------------------

After a little research, it looks like you are calling a function that is only available on Vista and higher. I'm not a programmer or a Windows expert, but that's what I read.

The problem about GetTickCount64 has been fixed, please download the new version 7.3.29 from our website.
