SFTP Errors when removing directories

I have a Windows Server 2008 and I am syncing files with a shared web host running FreeBSD. I have a sync job setup that just syncs a single website directory from the Win server to the Web Server. I have it set to real time syncing using SSH. Changes are made to the directory on the Win Server and BestSync sees the changes and then starts the sync but will give me a bunch of errors when removing a file or renaming a directory.
Some of the errors are;
"Must first have an open SFTP channel(by calling InitializeSftp)."
"Must first connect to the SSH server."

The SSH user has full control over the web directory. Any help would be appreciated. I am slightly regretting purchasing this product .

Version 7.3.21 has improved the SFTP feature, please try the new version to see if the problem has been fixed.
