Outlook Sync options

Please explain the difference between syncing Outlook with "Outlook|\" or "Outlook|\@DefStore\" selected as the Folder 1 option. I am wanting to set up sync to backup new Outlook 2010 entries - mail, contacts, appointments, tasks - from a laptop to an FTP server while the users are away from the office. There is more than one user and each user has more than one email account and calendar in Outlook on the laptop.

I have successfully run sync from Outlook to FTP and back again with a simple test Outlook file but I do not understand the difference between "Outlook|\" and "Outlook|\@DefStore\".

Thanks.

"Outlook|\@DefStore\" synchronizes only the default message store. If the user has multiple stores, such as the archive store, will not been synchronized.
"Outlook|\" will synchronize multiple stores.
