Dear sir,

I have several tasks running on best sync 2011

two of them is to sync remote ftp to local and vice-versa

and

local to remote is not working correctly

it create temp file on remore server with prefix _bestsync_tmp_xyz.bs

but not able to complete task

it gives error 550 Permission Denied in preview

Please confirm if you have the writing privilege on the folder of FTP server.
Or please confirm if you are using the correct FTP folder.
Sometimes, the SFTP server give different folders for reading and writing.
