I'm running BestSync in the system tray and have a full screen application open on my desktop. I have my sync settings to sync every 10 minutes, and every 10 minutes it runs, but it minimizes my full screen app. Is there a condition I can put to keep BestSync minimized in the tray and to NEVER take priority from any other application?

BestSync does not minimize other program. I think that the full screen application minimizes itself when other program get activated.
