BestSync Ultimate Edition has been crashing from time to time. This is the windows event log:

Any idea why it may be happening?

Please check whether you are using the latest version. Untill July 1st 2011, the latest version is 6.2.19.

We installed English Version Ver6.2.1.9(32Bit). We will let it run for some time. We will post if the problem persist.
