Hi, we are using tool under ultimate license. Is it possible to setup notification email when sync task downloads file ?

Yes, if you have Business License or Ultimate License, you can use the email notification feature to send email at the end of the task, or when the real-time sync task finishs the full sync.

We have sync task that looks for new files every 5 minutes. And surely there is no need to send email every 5 minutes. We'd like to setup notification ONLY when it downloads something. Usually we have several files per week but it is important to react as fast as possible. That is why it checks folder every 5 minutes and we need notification of such type.

To accomplish your task, you can set the following options in the "Log" setting page like this:
Check: [x] Send log data by e-mail.
Uncheck: [ ] Send e-mail only when there are failed files.
This two settings send the email only there are files that have been synchronized.
