Why the task is not started by the scheduler?

I have a task set to be run by the scheduler, but it is not started automatically, what is wrong?

Please confirm if there is a task called StartBestSync in Windows Task scheduler, and it is not disabled. If there is not, please reinstall BestSync by administrator privilege.
