Can not sync my Outlook 2016

I just bought Bestsync 2021 Premium, but I can not sync my Outllook 2016. The message I got is "interface not available".
I have Windows 10 Pro 64/Bit.
what am i doing wrong?

If you need to synchronize with Outlook 32 bit version on Windows 64BIT, you need to install BestSync 32BIT on 64BIT Windows.
After you download the installer SetupBestSync.exe, do following steps:

1. Start the command prompt by "Run as administrator" context menu:
2. Change the folder to where the installer is in:
3. Run the following command line:
SetupBestSync.exe /BIT=32
