ftp failed

I seem to get "Failed: The requested resource is in use." on a bunch of files. Not all the files. When I'm synchronizing via FTP.
I know for a fact that nobody has the files open on either end.

Please download the new version 5.4.02 from our website. The new version has fixed this problem.

Sorry for replying you late, please download and install the newest BestSync 2015 to see if the problem can be resolved.
