Not seeing differences in files

When using bestsync to sync up files have found that bestsync can not evaluate differences in .indd and .indt files. These are adobe Indesign document and template files. Any possible fix this issue?

UPdate on this, I found the program syncdiff and ran it on the two files and it found differences between the files. is this the tool that bestsync uses to evaluate differences in files before selecting them to update?

BestSync only uses the time-stamp and file size to detect the change of two files, if the files at the two sides have the same time-stamp and file size, BestSync will not synchronize them.
Please check if the files are in the above status.
