Sync to Rackspace Cloud files has stopped working

We have a sync to Rackspace Cloud files. We have discovered that this stopped working around 20 May 2015. We have upgraded to the latest version 10.0.3.1, but the sync is still failing. Details below:

Account base: UK Base
Region: London (LON)
Error response when trying to sync:

>POST /v2.0/tokens
<200 OK
>GET /v1/MossoCloudFS_3dd7c8a6-c48e-4c01-ba0b-52a4b168635f?format=xml&limit=500
Failed to send request.(The message received was unexpected or badly formatted.)

We have confirmed that this error happens on Windows XP and Windows Server 2003.
If the OS is Windows XP/Windows Server 2003, please update to Window7/8/server 2008/Server 2012.

Thank you, reloading onto a 2012 machine has resolved the issue.
