Deactivate License

Hi there,
One of our servers with a BestSync License is no longer accessible and hence we aren't able to deactiavte the license. Can you please deactivate the following PC:
MAC Address:
MAC 1=000874400E89
Disk Drive Serial No:
Drive 1=4B2BE74C
If you can send me a PM I will reply with the details of our license.
