Just email your OrderID to risefly@risefly.com, we'll process the refund for you.
After refund, the license code will be invalidated.

I actually have two OrderIDs, because I purchased the Basic edition before realizing I needed the Premium edition to sync to cloud services. Here is that number, please refund the upgrade along with the original purchase. Order Number: 3CCSFGT-A8XJHZ.

The basic license has been put into the refund queue, it will be refunded by mycommerce.com.
