I have files that are grouped together in folders, that need to be sync'ed individually into another folder without the original parent folder being moved to folder2.
Folder: 1PGC2345
Files in folder 1PGC2345:
1PGC2345.xml
1PGC2345.jpg
CS.1PGC2345.png
1PGC2345.psd

To be synced with the Folder2 where the files are NOT grouped by anything.

My current process moves the entire FOLDER1 and sub-files to FOLDER2

I'm sorry that I can not understand your purpose very much.
But I think that you can synchronize the files/folders correctly if you specified the correctly target folder, and use the include/exclude settings.
