Cannot Connect to one drive for business
Re: Cannot Connect to one drive for business
The problem is because "OneDrive for Business" has changed its API to version 2, please give us time (1 or 2 weeks ) to fix the problem.
Re: Cannot Connect to one drive for business
is it possible to get an update on the status of this issue?
i see that a new version has been released but this issue has not been resolved.
thanks

Re: Cannot Connect to one drive for business
We are debugging this feature, please wait for some days.
Re: Cannot Connect to one drive for business
We have released a new version of BestSync (Version 15.0.0.4), it implemented Microsoft Graph API to support synchronizing with "OneDrive for Business" folder. Please install and try the new version.
Please login "OneDrive for Business" folder again in BestSync. And may be you need to require the administrator of your organization to allow permissions (Directory.ReadWriteAll and Files.ReadWriteAll) to BestSync.
Here is the help about how to set the consent and enable permissions to BestSync.

Re: Cannot Connect to one drive for business
thank you for the update to the software and for the instructions.
I am now able to log in and view my OneDrive for Business folders, as destination folders for synchronization.
However, the synchronization still fails with.
I cannot create a new folder in this interface with the error message 'forbidden'.
It appears new files cannot be written by BestSync.
I have tried deleting the BestSync object from the Enterprise Applications, and allowing it to be recreated but with no success.
Can you tell me if there is something more i can do?
thank you.
