network drive account disabled a lot

Hello Support,

I have sync jobs however the user to access \\server1\folder1 was disabled a lot due to access denied. I found the following error from the log file.
Could you please advise?


2014/07/31-15:10:03,NetLogon failed.-\\server1\folder1\
2014/07/31-15:10:03,Error[0x000004c3]-Multiple connections to a server or shared resource by the same user, using more than one user name, are not allowed. Disconnect all previous connections to the server or shared resource and try again.
2014/07/31-15:10:03,Failed to connect to server2\folder2 <== NAS:\\server1\folder1.

Please check if you are using multiple accounts to access the sample shared folder from the same PC.
In BestSync, please ensure that you are using one [correct] account to access the same shared folder in all the sync-tasks.
