Task not starting after server reboot

I have 2 tasks, both are set up to start task 15 secs after application starts. Both have Service Sync AND Real-Time Sync selected.
Neither will restart after a server reboot occurs, this is happens whether I manually shutdown Bestsync and reboot the server OR the reboot occurs due to an automated process.
I have to go in manually to Bestsync GUI and start the tasks.
I am using Bestsync 9.0.4.6 version.
Any suggestions on how to get the tasks to start up automatically?

If the tasks are set to synchronize with a network shared folder and run as service.
Please setup the log in accounts as the following page to resolve the problem:

I am not syncing to Network drives. I am syncing a local drive to a remote drive VIA SFTP. The local drive is the source drive.
The SFTP connection is done with a private/public key pair.

May be BestSyncSvc.exe is blocked by Firewall or other anti-spam software.
Please add BestSyncSvc.exe to the allowed list of these kind of software, or disable these kind of software temporarily to see if the problem can be resolved.
