known conflicts with other apps, such as easeus backup?

hi .. last night my scheduled easeus todo backup failed with "Copy-on-write mechanism error, please close other programs and try again. "

the only thing that i am aware of that was different is that i had bestsync loaded (although not executing a task) at a time.

is it possible that there is some conflict between these two apps?

The only possiblility is the VSS option may disturb with Easeus Backup.
Please try to uncheck the VSS option to see if the problem can be resolved.
