Hello. I'm evaluating your product and so far I'm pretty satisfied. However, I just ran into a possible issue that is preventing me from continuing my evaluation. Here is the situation: Running Windows 7 (turned off UAC just to eliminate that variable) Home Premium. Created a new Task. Selected my user profile folder as Folder 1 (c:\users\dad). I choose another folder as Folder 2. I get to the Exclude/Include tab and I want to Include "My Pictures" folder. I can pick the folder in the dialog, but when I click the Select button it does nothing. So I try another folder, this time I pick "My Music", same problem. Try yet another...Downloads. Ah, that worked for some reason. Thought maybe the spaces in the folder name was the issue, nope. I can select "Saved Games" without any trouble. Is there something I'm missing here or can you reproduce this same issue I'm having?

Because the user's profile folders ("Documents, Pictures, etc" ) are special folders in Windows VISTA/7, using the Default Explorer dialogbox can not specify the "Exclude or Include" Folder.
Please try to push the CTRL key while click the "Add items in Folder1" or "In Folder2" button by mouse, BestSync will use another interface to specify the "Exclude or Include" Folder.
