"Crypt <--> Decrypt" Menu on Seven 64

Post by Mystral »

Hello,

I changed my PC and re-installed the latest version of BestSync (Premium License). But I don't have the "Crypt <--> Decrypt" item on the menu (right click on a folder or on a file).
I have some crypted file, but no way to read them.

Can you help me ?

Thank you

Please try the following methods:
1. Download the free decryption tool from the following URL:
http://www.risefly.com/fsedwld.htm
Use the decrypion tool to decrypt the files.

2. Setup a new task in BestSync to decrypt th files to an temporary folder.

May the installer is slightly old, please uninstall the current version, and downlaod the newest version from the following URL to see if the problem has been resolved.

Hello,

Thank you to help me resolving my problem.
I used the "Decrypt" utility software, I can access my file now :)
I have uninstalled and installed BestSync with the latest version (64 bits), but no item "Encrypt <==> Decrypt" on the right click menu of the explorer :(

Thank you.

Please download the new ver 5.4.08 from our website, the new version fixed the problem that the shell extension is not registered correctly on 64 Bit OS.
