The problem is because "OneDrive for Business" has changed its API to version 2, please give us time (1 or 2 weeks ) to fix the problem.

We have released a new version of BestSync (Version 15.0.0.4), it implemented Microsoft Graph API to support synchronizing with "OneDrive for Business" folder. Please install and try the new version.
Please login "OneDrive for Business" folder again in BestSync. And may be you need to require the administrator of your organization to allow permissions (Directory.ReadWriteAll and Files.ReadWriteAll) to BestSync.
Here is the help about how to set the consent and enable permissions to BestSync.

thank you for the update to the software and for the instructions.

I am now able to log in and view my OneDrive for Business folders, as destination folders for synchronization.
However, the synchronization still fails with.
I cannot create a new folder in this interface with the error message 'forbidden'.

It appears new files cannot be written by BestSync.

I have tried deleting the BestSync object from the Enterprise Applications, and allowing it to be recreated but with no success.

Can you tell me if there is something more i can do?

thank you.

The writing permission to OneDrive for Business needs the admin consent.

For how to configure consent to application (BestSync) for accessing your data, please refer to the follow page:
https://docs.microsoft.com/ja-jp/azure/active-directory/manage-apps/configure-admin-consent-workflow

If you are the administrator of your organization, you can copy the following url (replace {your_tenant_id} with the tenant_id of your organization) to the address bar of the browser, follow the guide of the web page to set the consent to BestSync.
https://login.microsoftonline.com/{your_tenant_id}/v2.0/adminconsent?client_id=9de5c5f1-af5b-4c46-9ffb-33b1cc55ad73&state=12345&redirect_uri=https://bestsync.us/oauth2back.html&scope=https://graph.microsoft.com/Directory.ReadWrite.All%20https://graph.microsoft.com/Files.ReadWrite.All
