Product questions

Dear Sir,

Good day !

Two things may need your help.

1. They have a plan to buy BestSync Ultimate License in Jan-2018, and they will start to use the trail version also in January.
But your trail version only have 30 days, but the purchase plan is in March.
Would you please help them to extend the trail version?
They promise that they will buy your software in March.

2. They have installed the trail version to test, but when the memory of BestSync trail version goes up to 2GB, the problem pop up.
Please see attached 2 files.

For the first question, there is no method to prolong the trial period, but if you install a new version (a larger version number such as BestSync 2018), the trial period will prolong 7 days.
For the second problem, I think that you are using BestSync in a 32Bit OS, 32Bit application limits the usable memory to about 2 GB. Because BestSync is synchronizing with the folder that have too many files, it exhausted the usable memory, the problem happen.
If you use BestSync to synchronize large folders (contains more than 200,0000 files), you must use BestSync 64bit under 64Bit Windows.
Otherwise, you must setup many tasks to synchronize small folders (contain less files).

Here is the reply from our customer.

Yes, our synchronous data is over Two million.
But our system is 64bit OS.
We do have enough memory.
And we also turn off dep(Data Execution Prevention)

I noticed that the error happened in "IgAgentSimpX64.dll", the DLL is not a part of BestSync, but may be some part of anti-virus software or some kind of agent software. May be the anti-virus software has problem when handling large memory program.
Please try to stop the anti-virus software before start BestSync to see if the problem can be resolved.
