Access Denied when writing out to NAS

Have a job setup that was running and writing to a NAS location. We moved to a new NAS location and now we get Access Denied message when we run the job. I have entered the user id login information where required. but no avail. We can use the id we have in the login prompt of the bestsync job to create files in the new NAS location successfully. The only place we have an issue is when trying to write out via bestsync.. Any hints as to where to look for an answer..

Could you please post the screenshot of the preview of the task that contains the error string?
If it is "Access Denied" error, it means that the account has no writing right, please check if you have set the correct shared folder, and if the account has the writing right.

I have attached a screen print of the preview with the error. When I login to the server with the id I can create files in the folder. Can't write through bestsync. Cant' attach xml of task since it does not recognize the extension of file name.

Have you tried to input the login account of the NAS folder as the attached screenshot?

Yes we have been putting the login name and password in. It's like it is not logging in at all. This NAS is a DFS share does that have any impact?

Set the NAS up as a network share and used File Folder connection to transfer file. Still got Access Denied.

we have validated that the service accounts have the correct permissions and are able to read and write to source and destination.
When we run a preview in bestsync the request fails with permission denied unless the logged in users AD account is also setup with read/write permission to the source and destination.
Since this job runs with service accounts the expectation is that we would not have to add the logged in users AD account to the ACL.
If you could let us know if this is expected would be great.

If you need to run the task as Windows Service, the user account is necessary.
