Problems activating license on 2nd PC

Hi,

I am having a problem activating my license on my second PC. I have only activated the license on one PC but I get an error reporting that the activation count has already been over 2 on the second PC.

I sent an email to risefly@risefly.com 2 weeks ago about this with my license details but I have received no response on this. Please can you look into this.

Is this product no longer supported by the developers any more or what?

Why has there been no reply to post?

May be your email has been lost by the email system.
Please send the email again with the license code, RiseFly can reset the activated count for you.
