In our daily synchronization I get with many files the message: "Failed: Logon failure: unknown user name or bad password" and a great part of my files is not synchronised. (see attachments)
Without changing something, the next day some of these files are synchronized.
What can I do to reduce or better avoid these messages.

From the log files, I can see that the task is synchronizing with a network shared folder.
Because BestSync uses the function of the Windows OS only to synchronize with the network shared folder, may be something error in the system cause the problem. Please refer to the forums about this problem by searching "Logon failure: unknown user name or bad password shared folder" by Google.
