Issue: Azure to Local Filesystem - Error Get Response

Good day,

Out of 6 deployments of Bestsync (11.0.1.3) to regional sites which pulls from the same Azure container, but we have 2 sites that continue to error out with the following error: "Error get response (The connection with the server terminated abnormally)".

Now, can confirm when running the sync, Bestsync states its "Synchronizing"... "Scanning (xxxxx)"... Then it fails with the above error message.

I've tried to look up this error via this site along with Google, but I have turned up very little to explain why this error is happening.

Any suggestions would be welcomed to resolve this issue.

Please try the new version 11.0.1.4 to see if the problem can be avoided.
The new version prolonged the timeout period when connects with Azure etc cloud storages.

Thanks for the suggestion, unfortunately I end up with the exact same error with a slight different. When it does the "Scanning (xxxxx)" it starts at zero and stays there until it errors out with same issue: "Error get response (The connection with the server terminated abnormally)"

Anything else you can suggest?

The error message indicates a loss of Internet connectivity.
Please take a look at your firewall/proxy to make sure it is not terminating the connection prematurely because it thinks there is no activity.

If it is terminating the connection early then what can we do to fix?
