Hi, I'm using your software to synchronize fax data in ftp server to my local folder in one direction.
However once files were synchronized to the local folder, they have time stamp of several hours ahead.
e.g. if original file in ftp server had time stamp of 18th Feb 14:55, the synchronized file's time stamp became 19th Feb 01:55.
They rarely match somehow, but most of the time they are 11 hours ahead...
Could you advise me how can I fix this problem? I have to check for received time of fax data sometimes and those time stamps are very confusing...

If your account of the FTP server has the write right on the FTP folder, then BestSync can detected the timezone of the FTP server, then set the time of downloaded file correctly; otherwise you need to set the timezone of the server manually by the following "Advanced" setting of the FTP folder:
- FTP timezone
