Unfortunately the new version did not solve the problem.
Please advise what to do now.

If you look at the view count of this problem, I'm not the only one with this problem.

And yes the default answer is already done "Install the latest version".

This problem may happen if BestSync can not access the temporary folder.
Bestsync uses the following temporary folder if the file needs to be encrypted before being copied.
C:\Users\[username]\AppData\Local\Temp\BestSync.tmp
Please check if the login user has the write-privilege to the above folder.

On all Temp locations used bij the system and BestSync, the account that runs the BestSync Service has Modify or FullControl access.
So that should/could not be the problem.

One user reported a similar problem, the cause of the problem is that the network drive does not support long path that is more than about 150 characters. Please check if the drive can copy and paste file by Windows Explorer to a deep path that is more than 150 characters.

BestSync 2016 ver11.0.0.6 has been fixed a bug related to this problem, please try the new version.
