We have tested BestSync severely related to the ASCII conversion (converting Windows Carriage-return code to Linux Carriage-return code) .
You must select "ASCII Mode" in "Transfer Mode" of "Advanced" setting of the FTP folder.

Re: large files not fully transferred
We have used BestSync to synchronize huge files (mores than 4TB) with SFTP (Cerberus FTP server) by SFTP protocol, all worked fine.
Please try the BestSync 2020 (VER 15.0.0.21) to see if it works with your SFTP Server.

Re: bestsyn 2020: unable to expand sync log
Because the task is using the real-time mode, to prevent the task from saving the log to frequently, BestSync saves the log by the period setting in the "Miscellaneous" tab. The option is "Period for sending email or exporting log file", may be you can set a shorter period to upd...

Re: bestsyn 2020: unable to expand sync log
The "View Log" button is grey out only because the log of the task does not exist.
Please try to change a file, let the task synchronize the file, then you can see the "View Log" button is enabled.

Re: large files not fully transferred
To avoid this problem, Please try to check ☑"Verify file by the available method from the server or by comparing content" option in "Copy Options" tab. BestSync will compare the synchronized file and the original file, if the files are not matched, BestSync will transfer the file...

Re: bestsyn 2020: unable to expand sync log
The View Log button is disabled, it means that the log data is not available.
Please confirm if you selected any "Log" option in the Task Setting.
"Log" tab /☑ "Record the log data for log view Window", or ☑ "Send Log data by e-mail"

Re: bestsyn 2020: unable to expand sync log
The cause of this issue is that BestSync does not save the log immediately after files are synchronized in real-time mode.
The saving period can be set in "Period for send email or exporting log file" in "Miscellaneous" tab.
