I guess that the tasks are synchronize the network folder as Windows Serive. May be you can try to setup serveral tasks, each task synchronizes some sub-folders. If you are using the FTP synchronization, you can limit the speed of the tasks that change files slowly. It must be that your FTP server does not support set-time-stamp commands, such as MFMT , MDTM or SITE UTIME. Bestsync detects these commands, and uses one of them to set the file stamp. Multiple-session uploading is more difficult than multiple-session downloading when resumming from last broken points is also required.
We may consider adding this feature in version 2012 if you are convinced that the feature is usable.
